By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.

1. Coaching Sessions

1.1. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once they have been conducted.
1.2. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
1.3. For multi-session packages (e.g., 6-session S.P.A.C.E Coaching Program):

• A refund may be requested before the second session has taken place.

• If a refund is granted, the cost of any completed sessions will be deducted, and a processing fee may apply.

• No refunds will be issued once the second session has started.

2. S.P.A.C.E Online Course (Self-Paced Learning)

 

2.1. All online course sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the course, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

2.3. In rare cases where a refund may be considered due to extenuating circumstances, approval is at our discretion and will be subject to a processing fee.

3. Quran Reflection & Study Circle

 

3.1. Registration fees for the Quran Reflection & Study Circle are non-refundable once access has been granted.
3.2. If the program is canceled or rescheduled, participants will be notified, and options may be provided for future enrollment.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
